The LIA Incubation Project provides young Rwandan creatives with a pathway to transform original film ideas into fully realized productions.

ACCESS FREE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Get access to LIA's production equipment and technical support to bring your story to life.
GET CO-PRODUCED. GET PAID. GET CREDITED.
Once your film is completed, LIA acquires it for RWF 50,000, with LIA retaining 60% ownership as a co-production partner. Creators retain 40% ownership and receive professional credit and portfolio value.
Selected creators receive the support, resources, and guidance needed to develop and produce their original short films while gaining hands-on production experience, professional credits, and opportunities for showcase and distribution.

WHO CAN
APPLY?
You can apply if you are 16–35 years old and have a certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in:
FILMMULTIMEDIAVIDEOGRAPHYPHOTOGRAPHYOR A RELATED FIELD
from a university, secondary school or TVET training institution in Rwanda. Applications are open to eligible young creatives across Rwanda.
